Bishop TD Jakes, had traced his roots back to Nigeria – and
to Igboland, to be precise!
Ifeanyi took to her personnal Facebook page to share a
photograph of herself and her husband, Pastor Paul
Adefarasin, presenting Bishop TD Jakes with a giant book
book on Nigeria, and added the following:
"Since tracing his roots back to the Igbo land in Nigeria,
it was Bishop T.D. Jakes’ first time stepping on the
Nigerian soil, with the knowledge that this is where he
truly comes from.
"It was a special honour for me in particular, as a native
sister, to present TD Jakes with a copy of NIGERIA, OUR
HERITAGE…OUR COMMONWEALTH.

It will be recalled that 60-year-old Bishop Thomas Dexter
"T.D." Jakes, Sr a.k.a. Bishop TD Jakes, recently visited
Nigeria and was in House on the Rock to preach as a guest
minister where he was presented with the National Souvenir
“Nigeria: Our Heritage” by the senior pastor of House on The
Rock (Church) Paul Adefarasin and his wife, Ifeanyi.
Bishop TD Jakes, who is an author, a singer, an actor and a
filmmaker, is the bishop of The Potter's House, a
Nondenominational American megachurch.
